When commenting and rating on an event, you can (correctly) only leave a rating once.

If you make a second comment, the rating block is displayed, but filling it in does nothing - it doesn't show a second rating.

As you can only leave one rating (but multiple comments), it would make sense to hide the rating block (i.e. just show the comments field) if you make a comment having already posted a rating.
